One of my most awaited summer trip with my family is our beach trip in Ocean City, Maryland.
We planned to stay two nights in Ocean City for the fourth-of-July weekend, but the hotel bookings were so pricey because of the holiday, we decided to do one night.
We stayed at Shoreham Oceanfront Hotel which is a nice hotel spot that is few walks in the boardwalk, diner and small grocery store.
We left New Jersey at around 6 in the morning, made couple stops to get some snacks along the road, restroom breaks and to get some gas. By 10:30am we are already at Ocean City, Maryland. We were allowed to check in at 3pm, so what a good way to spend the morning was to walk on the boardwalk.
We walked and went in to most of the souvenir shops, the arcade and we tried the most famous Trasher Fries— which was really good!
At 11:30am we went back to our car and tried to check in, but we were not able to (since Check In time is 3pm), but we were able to get our parking pass. So then, we decided to stay in the shore. Changed our regular clothes in the car to our bathing suits, then off we go!
We spent the entire day walking the shore and on the boardwalk! And by 10pm we are back on our hotel room. The room was really nice and spacious for the four of us, although only one bathroom, but it's still really a nice stay.
We left Maryland the next day at around 11am and went to Virginia to see family~
I didn't and wasn't able to take photos during this trip but I was able to capture some clips for the vlog. Most images were taken using my iPhone and some were from my Panasonic Lumix DC-ZS70 4K.
